Sam Chaffin

Senior Pastor

Sam became the senior pastor at Cedar Creek in 2021. Passionate about helping people become who God created them to be, Sam is excited to help people find and follow Jesus faithfully at Cedar Creek and throughout Greene County. When he's not pastoring, you can find Sam fishing, cheering on the Vols, or eating Mexican food. Sam and his wife Katie have two kids.

Charlie Heater

Transitional Pastor

After serving as the interim pastor, Charlie will remain on staff helping Pastor Sam and the church press forward into the future. Charlie has devoted his life to pastoral ministry. When he's not preaching or teaching, you can find him working in his woodshop or cheering on the South Greene Rebels. Charlie is married to Debbie, has two children, and nine wonderful grandchildren.
